Sale of four retail properties complete
The conditions were fulfilled today for Atrium Ljungberg's disposal of Rotundan 1 (Rotebro Handel in Sollentuna) and Orminge 47:1 (Orminge Centrum in Nacka). At the same time, an agreement of sale was signed for Igor 8 (Kvarteret Igor in Västerås) and Månadsmötet 9 (Mittpunkten in Östersund). The transactions refer to the sale of the four retail properties that Atrium Ljungberg announced in July and September.
The purchasers of Orminge Centrum and Rotebro Handel are Revcap together with a local partner. The new owners will take possession of the properties on 30 November.
Keva, a Finnish pension institution, is together with a local partner, HEA fastigheter, the purchaser of Kvarteret Igor and Mittpunkten. Possession of the properties will take place on 1 December.
The sale will take place through a transfer of shares. The total purchase price is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1,280 million before deductions for deferred tax.
The transaction will yield a positive result after tax for Atrium Ljungberg of approximately SEK 80 million within the Group and will be reported in the accounts for the fourth quarter of 2015.
The four retail properties cover a total of 63,300 square metres of letting area with some hundred stores and restaurants.
