Hus 43: Gamla & Nya Magasinet combines an existing warehouse building from the 1920s with an extension, that accommodates both small and large companies. The old warehouse building opens up with glazed gables. Parts of the original house's facade and roof are dismantled and a new building is built. The property is located directly next to the upcoming metro access and the new large park that will be built in the area.
We have signed a lease with Menigo in House 43: Gamla & Nya Magasinet. The lease covers approximately 3,800 square meters and the newly built premises will, in addition to the new head office, also house Restaurangakademien. Move-in will take place in 2027 when the new building is ready.
