The iconic market halls in Slakthusområdet are being converted into unique offices and premises. At the beginning of 2026, the transformation of Hus 49 Stora Marknadshallen will be completed and will then become the new home for Universal Music Group. The agreement with Atrium Ljungberg covers approximately 3,800 square meters and is another milestone in the development of Stockholm's new creative district.
