Upper-secondary school for 800 students.
The new upper secondary school is planned to comprise some 6,000 square metres of letting area with an estimated investment of SEK 320 million. Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with SISAB, Skolfastigheter i Stockholm AB, with a contract period of 15 years. The ambition is to certify the building with Miljöbyggnad Gold.
