Extention of Sickla galleria
Approximately 200 parking spaces are being created on top of the existing shopping centre, including 60 for electric cars. The new parking spaces will help meet the increase in need for parking due to the Curanten and Stationshuset projects. Approximately 2,000 m2 of existing retail premises has been vacated, and new premises covering almost 3,100 m2 have been created for retail and service.
Work is currently underway on installations and tenant adaptations. The sports and leisure company XXL signed a lease contract for a store measuring 3,100 m2 on the second floor. Contracts have been signed with Rituals, Normal and Lekia for premises on the ground floor. It is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter, with stores scheduled to open in November 2021.
